If a delivery fails, the order will be returned to Zen Cuisine. We will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a new delivery date and time or to pick it up from our kitchen
Customers are required to sign a Proof of Delivery
Orders must be immediately checked upon delivery to ensure that they meet the order placed. If the delivery do not comply with the placed order, they can be returned with the courier.
